Property Assessments

Move-In & Move-Out Assessments

Our comprehensive Move-in and Move-Out assessments feature meticulously documented time and date-stamped photos, along with detailed condition reports for every area of your property. In the fast-paced world of property management, having a thorough record of the property’s condition at move-in is crucial. It serves as a vital tool in protecting both landlords and tenants, providing a transparent and accurate reference point in the event of any disputes or claims. By documenting the property’s condition meticulously at the outset, you can proactively mitigate potential disputes and ensure a smooth landlord-tenant relationship throughout the lease term.

Occupancy Check

Dealing with an unresponsive tenant can be concerning for any landlord, particularly if they were previously communicative. During our Occupancy check, we take proactive steps to address this situation by posting a notice on the door, urging the tenant to reach out. Additionally, we provide a detailed assessment of the property’s overall exterior condition. This step not only aims to prompt communication but also ensures that the property’s exterior is well-maintained, addressing potential issues before they escalate.
